Experience

More than 20 years of experience in production, industrialisation, quality, supply chain and data-driven improvement. I have worked across high-tech, manufacturing, medical and international operations environments, in both project and line roles.

My assignments have included setting up production processes from scratch, leading cross-functional improvement programmes, stabilising supply chains under pressure and managing industrialisation projects in regulated environments. I am comfortable working at both operational and management level, translating data and analysis into clear priorities and practical decisions.
